Weekly Classes

A weekly class becomes a steady anchor — a time set aside to return to the body and reconnect with movement. In these classes, participants are introduced to the principles of ancient Greek-inspired dance: clear postures, expressive gestures, rhythmic steps, and the symbolic qualities of movement drawn from myth and ritual. The body is guided through cycles of strength, fluidity, and release, discovering how each gesture carries meaning.

Weekly practice allows for gradual progress: from learning basic positions to embodying the qualities of Apollonian clarity, Bacchic intensity, Athletic vitality, and Lyrical grace. Each class blends technique with improvisation, so students not only learn forms but also discover their own unique expression. No prior dance experience is required — the classes are open to beginners as well as more advanced movers who wish to deepen their artistry. Over time, the weekly rhythm nurtures both discipline and joy, creating a lasting foundation in the language of Chorosophy.

Certification: By completing 150 hours of classes within the October–June cycle, participants are eligible to receive an official certification from the International Dance Council (CID), UNESCO. This creates a path not only for personal enrichment but also for those who wish to bring ancient Greek dance into their professional or artistic practice.
