About
Ever wondered how our ancestrals were dancing and what is the history and symbolism of dance?
Chorosophy is an academy dedicated to the revival and transmission of sacred dance inspired by the philosophy, mythology, and ritual of ancient Greece.
Created by choreographer and movement artist Arsinoe Lilly Karadima, it offers a space where dance becomes a path of remembrance — a return to the body’s intuitive knowledge and the poetic intelligence of motion.
Chorosophy is more than a dance project.
It is a space of reconnection.
A return to the chorus of self, soul, and cosmos.

Mission
Rooted in Arsinoe’s lifelong research in both contemporary and archaic movement forms, Chorosophy explores dance not only as an art but as a living language: spiritual, ancestral, and embodied. Drawing inspiration from temple traditions, mythic archetypes, and the chorus of ancient drama, the academy offers a unique approach to movement that bridges ritual, story, and somatics.
This method is a gentle yet powerful way to feel better in everyday life. Through movement, symbolism, and ancient inspiration, you are guided to reconnect with your body, explore your soul, and find grounding in timeless roots.
No previous dance experience is necessary – only the willingness to move, to feel, and to discover new parts of yourself.

Vision
Through workshops, retreats, seminars, and seasonal gatherings in Greece and abroad, Chorosophy invites people of all backgrounds and levels to experience the sacred dimension of dance — where movement becomes myth, and the body becomes a vessel of memory, offering, and transformation.
