The Path I Share
My method is a living, evolving system of teaching and creation, inspired by the Ruby Ginner Method, the pioneering approach of Isadora Duncan, and my own years of research and experience in the practice of ancient Greek dance.
It blends historical knowledge with physical discovery, myth, and symbolism, making dance not only an art form, but also a path to self-awareness, inner growth, and connection to our roots. It is ideal for everyone – regardless of age or dance experience – because its essence lies in the human need for expression and connection, not in technical perfection. At the same time, though, it is a structured method that teaches technique, shapes and refines movement of the body, and with 150 hours of training can lead to a CID UNESCO certification.
